Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We require 24-hour notice for non-medical cancellations. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the full appointment fee. If you need to cancel outside of the 24 hour window, please do so through your Schedulicity account. Please do not text your therapist to reschedule.
Sick Policy
Do not come in for your appointment if you have cold or flu symptoms of any kind. You will be sent home if you show up for your appointment.
Menstrual Policy
Your therapist does not work when she menstruates. She recognizes this may lead to rescheduling. She understands and apologizes for the inconvenience it may cause. In the case of rescheduling due to menses, you will be notified as soon as possible to reschedule through Schedulicity.
*it is beneficial for the client to receive Thai massage if the client is menstruating. It is contraindicated for the therapist to give Thai massage while the therapist is menstruating. Thanks for understanding.
